Responsibilities
Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and short- and long-term cash forecasting and reporting
Oversee cash concentration structures, intercompany funding, and internal liquidity optimization
Monitor working capital efficiency and support initiatives to improve cash flow
Lead relationships with domestic and international banking partners
Support negotiation of bank fees, services, credit facilities, and treasury products
Manage KYC documentation, bank account structures, and signatory governance
Support interest rate risk management and capital structure optimization
Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and global treasury frameworks
Oversee treasury operations, including payments, cash settlements, and intercompany transactions
Maintain strong internal control processes
Partner with Accounting on reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support
Support treasury system management (TMS), banking platforms, and ERP integrations
Lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
Partner with the VP of Finance on capital planning, liquidity strategy, and financial structure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7–10+ years of progressive treasury experience within multinational organizations
Strong experience in cash management, FX, banking, and treasury operations
Experience working within global matrix organizations
Strong technical understanding of treasury systems and ERP platforms
High level of financial acumen, risk awareness, and control orientation
Preferred
MBA or CTP
