Regional Sales Manager
Equipment Group International (EGI) is a global leader in precision tooling, equipment rentals, and industrial maintenance solutions. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand their sales in Louisiana, focusing on building long-term customer relationships and executing strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand EGI’s market presence within the Louisiana region
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
Attend industry trade shows, site visits, and client meetings to promote EGI products and services
Represent EGI with professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment to excellence
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or equipment sales
Strong understanding of the petrochemical or refinery industry preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn the business and develop deep product and industry knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
