REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER

Eurest, a leader in business and industry dining, is seeking a hospitality-focused Regional Marketing Manager to support branding and marketing initiatives within the West Coast portfolio. This role involves collaborating with culinary leadership to drive growth and customer experiences while overseeing marketing content and standards.

Responsibilities

Creates solutions that will enhance the customer dining experience
Serves as a centralized planning resource, overseeing marketing content and standards
Creates and participates in client innovation updates, making strategic recommendations based on collected consumer insights
Utilizes industry market research to validate project objectives and take advantage of opportunities associated with emerging trends
Collaborates with onsite marketing managers to ensure quality and alignment
Supports dining operations with monthly marketing implementation, quality assurance standards, presentation needs, site visitations and account reviews
Develop innovation that continues to keep the region current and on trend with marketing and merchandising practices and keeping a competitive edge with local food retailers and corporations
Support regional opening requirements as it relates to FOH, marketing and communication, while following Eurest brand standards
Develop marketing strategies with a strong curiosity of ever-changing marketing landscapes and service models to stay ahead on industry trends
Work with operational services, IT, print and digital execution and other vendors as necessary
Regularly strategize with regional and district culinary leaders to ensure marketing & culinary are working hand-in-hand to drive revenue, open new business effectively, make operational impacts that strive toward retention, and create an elevated standard that is viable and reasonably executable
Work with corporate sales, marketing & creative services, wellness and culinary when needed for regional site tours and refreshes

Required

Associates or Bachelor's Degree and 3-4 years of communications, marketing, operations and/or relevant experience in a similar role
Food & Beverage operations or marketing experience STRONGLY preferred
Travel to various locations within the Midwest Region, or nationally on an as needed basis
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must have a keen sense of merchandising and station presentation
Must have strong writing skills to assist and create brand materials and voice
Excellent project management skills with a strong capacity to meet deadlines and client commitments
Must be highly proficient with Canva & PowerPoint
