Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and practice support to attorneys and paralegals in the Litigation group
Develop a working knowledge of litigation processes, procedures, and terminology to effectively support case work
Draft correspondence and other litigation-related documents
Manage calendars and deadlines, including court dates, hearings, depositions, and internal case milestones
Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, and trials, including scheduling, travel, filings, and exhibits
Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files with exceptional attention to detail
Track case progress and follow up with attorneys and clients to ensure next steps are completed on time
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel as appropriate
Support billing, time entry, and other administrative processes as needed
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems, litigation tools, and processes
Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative and problem-solving independently
Ability to remain calm, focused, and resilient under pressure
A collaborative team player who values accountability, responsiveness, and strong client service
Preferred
Prior legal administrative experience is preferred, particularly in litigation, but we are open to candidates early in their careers who demonstrate strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the legal field
