Responsibilities
Ensure product is accurately stored in warehouse
Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to process
Label and meter packages with various freight systems
Process orders using the ERP system
Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse
Daily preparations for the following days shipping activities
Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma required
Ensure product is accurately stored in warehouse
Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to process
Label and meter packages with various freight systems
Process orders using the ERP system
Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse
Daily preparations for the following days shipping activities
Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
Preferred
Closed toe shoes must be worn at all times
Long pants must be worn at all times. Shorts are not allowed
Pants must be worn at waist level to where any undergarments are not visible
Hats of any type are prohibited
Hooded sweatshirts are allowed, however, hoods must remain down
Tank tops or cutoff shirts are prohibited
Shirts with any slogans, pictures, words, or images that can be interpreted as offensive are prohibited
Sunglasses are not allowed to be worn on the distribution center floor
