This role is responsible for inspecting and verifying incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and support manufacturing operations.
Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspections on electronic components, mechanical parts, and assemblies
Interpret and inspect parts based on engineering drawings, blueprints, electrical diagrams, and specifications
Conduct measurements and visual inspections using standard quality tools and inspection equipment
Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials
Record inspection results and quality data in SAP or related systems
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions when quality issues arise
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams
Maintain inspection equipment and ensure measurement accuracy
Qualification
Required
Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality or related technical field
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics or electrical manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints / engineering drawings
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
Ability to read and interpret GD&T symbols and tolerances
Familiarity with quality inspection and measurement standards
Hands-on experience using inspection and measurement equipment, such as: Multimeter, LCR meter, Micro-view / Visual Measurement Machine (VMM)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
Background in measurement laboratories, calibration labs, or quality inspection is highly preferred
Experience using SAP for inspection records, material tracking, or quality data is a plus
