Customer Account Management Intern (Summer 2026)(Onsite)

Responsibilities
Manage the life cycle of customer orders from point of order entry to shipment, ensuring that orders are entered accurately and are in line with contractual obligations and International Trade Compliance requirements
Confers with customers that contact the organization to provide information about organization products or services, discuss customer accounts, and obtain or address customer needs
Generates documentation and solves customer issues/requests in accordance with procedures, and when required, redirects queries to appropriate department or personnel
Confers with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or other personnel to expedite or trace shipments
Manage the return of returned products from the customer and assist with timely payment from customers and resolve invoice disputes
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Preferably Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Accounting)
Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products
