The Client Account Business Analyst will work closely with department leadership to generate and analyze data, build reports, and implement process improvements to enhance client service.

Responsibilities
Communicates closely with department leadership staff and team
Design pivot tables and charts to show KPI trending
Generates reporting necessary for report reconciliation and contract compliance by aggregating data from multiple sources
Direct interaction with clients including leading meetings to discuss data findings
Provides forward-thinking approach to avoiding issues or resolving existing issues in a timely manner
Generates reports to track Safeguard performance by client and task
Monitors client volume trends in conjunction with department leadership
Analyzes various reports to identify areas of opportunity in process and staffing; Proposes solutions to yield improvement in service levels
Assesses client, company and departmental changes for impact on existing process and recommends/implements changes to remain compliant
Creates and maintains documentation outlining how tasks are performed
All other duties as assigned
Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours
Required to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set forth by the department
Qualification
Required
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively under stringent time restraints
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details with the ability to multi-task
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated understanding of what customer service means and how it applies to Safeguard Properties
Proficiency in trending data
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
