Cultivate and convert relationships with executives and decision-makers through consultative, solution-driven sales
Identify operational inefficiencies and advise on integrated strategies across people, performance, and profitability
Partner with leadership teams on financial indicators, margin opportunities, and forecasting accuracy
Deliver compelling proposals that articulate the business case for change—and guide it through execution
Collaborate with internal experts to design holistic solutions that enhance organizational performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years in professional services or consulting sales—comfortable selling to CEOs, CFOs, and Founders
Deep understanding of HR, marketing, payroll, and business operations
Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into action
Proven ability to exceed goals through trust-based selling, strategic thinking, and flawless execution
