Knowledgeable in necessary filings for corporations and limited liability companies
Work concurrently on multiple projects
Communicate with clients and court personnel
Qualification
Required
Skilled paralegal for immediate opening within our Transactional Practice Group
Assist attorneys in preparing estate planning documents and probate documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings and real estate recordings
Knowledgeable in necessary filings for corporations and limited liability companies
Strong organizational and writing skills
Able to work concurrently on multiple projects
Detail oriented
Show strong initiative
Able to work independently and/or with supervising lawyers
Communicating with clients and court personnel essential
3-5 years of relevant experience
Position is full-time, in office 5 days a week
