Responsibilities
Development of test scenarios following design and requirement documents to ensure intended behavior is verified
Write automated tests for a Windows based software application
Interact with SW developers, Systems engineers, project management, and other Quality team members to identify, report, and troubleshoot defects in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner
Maintain and report test results, and investigate test failures
Participate in code reviews with peers
Work in a highly regulated software environment
Focus on product quality

Testing medical device application requires rigor and attention to detail to meet industry and regulatory standards

We’re looking for a motivated and creative SW application test engineer with a focus on quality who has experience with requirements-based software test automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3 or more years of test automation experience (or Master's degree plus 1-2 years of experience)
Desire to learn, explore and push team practices to modern standards
Team player willing to collaborate with peers
Effective communicator and writer
Independent contributor who requires less or little supervision
Preferred
Experience with Python scripting language
Previous medical device experience
Previous experience working in an Agile work environment
