This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities
Use internal job tracking software to create and send invoices to clients/client services in a timely manner
Communicate with Client Services and customers regarding all billing matters and needs
Process remote deposits and electronic receipts
Track changes and preferences by individual customers to ensure accurate invoices
Assist with any invoicing corrections
Assist customers with questions regarding payment method/questions
Assist with job reconciliation questions in order to final invoice
Assist with cash application process and questions
Assist in coding and entering credit card information into internal systems
Assist with special projects regarding audits, reconciliations, and process of procedure
Look for and implement areas of process improvement to create more efficient processes
Other duties as required to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
1-3 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a related role
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and provide recommendations for solutions
