Relationship Manager
SJK Wealth Management is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to manage, develop, and grow relationships with clients. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending solutions to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison for assigned clients: build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships
Identify opportunities to deepen the relationship: cross‑sell and upsell relevant products/services
Understand clients’ business environment, financial position, goals and risk profile
Support senior advisors in preparing for and participating in client meetings, including the development of client review materials
Grow your own book of business under the supervision of our firm
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
Series 65 and Series 7 licenses
3–5 years of experience in the wealth management or financial services industry with direct client experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
Proven ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships
Must have a strong desire to build your own book of business at our firm
Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and client‑centric mindset
Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving growth/retention targets
Preferred
Experience with CRM and portfolio management systems
CFP board certification
