Responsibilities

Monitor website uptime, performance, and user experience using tools like Google Analytics, UptimeRobot, or similar

Assist in deploying updates, patches, and content changes across websites and digital platforms

Support the QA process by testing website functionality across browsers and devices

Help identify and troubleshoot website issues, bugs, or downtime incidents

Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless digital operations

Maintain documentation of website configurations, updates, and monitoring logs

Assist in implementing SEO best practices and performance optimization strategies

Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports on website health and KPIs

Qualification

Digital marketingGoogle AnalyticsHTMLCSSSEOAnalytical skillsCMS platformsVersion control systemsProblem-solving

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science or a related field

Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal)

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web hosting environments

Experience with website monitoring tools is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred

Exposure to web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)

Understanding of SEO, page speed optimization, and accessibility standards

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
