10+ years expMTK Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with leadership skills to guide development teams and ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce CRM solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Act as the technical architect for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions
Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins
Ensure code quality, security, performance, and scalability
Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce , and integrations
Manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
Oversee deployment, CI/CD pipelines , and release management
Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with: Apex, SOQL, SOSL
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce Flows & automation
Salesforce security model
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM processes
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs
Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git)
Solid understanding of data modeling and migration
Proven experience leading technical teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Salesforce Certifications (one or more): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, Application Architect
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in large-scale or enterprise Salesforce implementations
