Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day operations of clinical research studies
Guiding patients through visits, procedures, and informed consent
Conducting study visits including vitals, blood draws, ECGs, and specimen processing
Maintaining accurate source documentation in compliance with ALCOA-C standards
Communicating with sponsors, CRAs, investigators, and clinic leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in psychology, biology, health sciences, or a related field
Foundational knowledge of medical terminology
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Professional, patient-focused, and eager to learn
Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset
