Responsibilities
Month/Quarter End Processes: Assist with journal entries, transaction reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare timely and accurate audited financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Management Reporting: Support quarterly management reporting, including variance and trend analysis
Fixed Asset Register Maintenance: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Ad-hoc Projects: Collaborate with the Financial Controller on various projects to support financial operations
Departmental Coordination: Gather necessary information for financial reporting from various departments
Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in all financial documents and reports
Qualification
Required
CPA Certification: CPA with 5+ years post-qualification experience in a multi-currency Financial Services environment
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting
US GAAP Proficiency: Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in US GAAP
Detail-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Self-Motivated: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (ERP systems experience is a plus)
