Responsibilities
Lead a large-scale modernization project from planning through execution
Own schedule, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies
Deliver weekly status reporting to leadership, QAT, and steering committees
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Ensure compliance with Texas Project Delivery Framework & PMI standards
Oversee SDLC artifacts, requirements, risks, and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
10+ years Project Management (enterprise-scale programs)
8+ years State of Texas or comparable State/Federal PM experience
8+ years Legacy system modernization experience
Strong command of PMI, governance, and executive reporting
Preferred
Texas Project Delivery Framework
QAT / MIRP knowledge
Texas statewide systems exposure
Low-code / No-code platforms
