Responsibilities
Manage and track multi-state healthcare regulatory compliance obligations
Monitor state and federal laws, regulations, and legislative changes impacting healthcare, data, and privacy
Lead development, implementation, and improvement of compliance programs and processes
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal privacy and data laws
Partner with legal teams to interpret and apply regulatory requirements accurately
Support policy form development, regulatory filings, and product changes
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide compliance guidance to senior leaders
Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of healthcare regulatory compliance experience
Strong experience with multi-state regulatory tracking and implementation
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with healthcare privacy and data regulations; AI-related regulatory exposure is a plus
