Responsibilities
Prepare and record accounting transactions and produce financial reports
Post trial balances and maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP
Assist with the conversion and implementation of Sage/Impact
Perform cash flow forecasting and ongoing monitoring
Manage intercompany billing and reconciliations
Serve as a liaison with banking partners and external accounting firms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3-5 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks and Sage/Impact strongly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
