Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with self-insured employers and benefits advisors
Introduce and position tailored capability-based solutions using consultative selling strategies
Understand competitive differentiation in claims analytics and administrative management capabilities
Develop indirect channel partnerships with brokers, employer consortia, and law firms
Create and execute comprehensive territory and pipeline strategies to achieve sales targets
Leverage data-driven prospecting to identify and engage high-potential opportunities
Navigate complex buying processes to exceed annual sales quotas

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in SaaS or service technology sales targeting employer-sponsored benefits markets
Proven sales success to HR leaders and CFOs including brokers/advisors
Deep understanding of healthcare benefits and employee benefits management
Demonstrated ability to exceed multi-million-dollar sales quotas in complex environments
Experience in building and scaling sales and business development teams in early-stage businesses
