Responsibilities
Own end-to-end system architecture across backend services, web applications, data models, and blockchain integration layers
Lead technical design reviews, set engineering standards, and drive high-quality delivery across teams
Build core services for land-record ingestion, workflow/case management, approvals, audit trails, and APIs
Design multi-tenant architectures and data access controls (row-level security, retention, auditability)
Build and scale admin/partner web portals (React/TypeScript) that simplify complex e-governance workflows
Define the on-chain/off-chain model for anchoring record provenance and workflow events without exposing sensitive data
Implement transaction orchestration patterns (idempotency, retries, confirmation tracking, reconciliation)
Drive reliability and performance: SLOs, observability, incident readiness, and latency/throughput targets
Build partner-ready API platforms (rate limiting, sandbox environments, documentation, onboarding)
Mentor engineers and raise team effectiveness through standards, tooling, and coaching
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; equivalent experience acceptable
8+ years of professional software development experience with a strong record of shipping complex systems
Strong backend expertise: API design, distributed systems, data modeling, security, and operational ownership
Strong frontend expertise: modern React/TypeScript, state management, performance, and accessibility
Experience defining architecture and leading cross-functional execution across product areas
Strong testing discipline (unit/integration/E2E) and CI/CD best practices
Preferred
Experience integrating with EVM chains (BSC/Ethereum) and building blockchain-backed verification flows
Experience building B2G/B2B platforms with strict audit/compliance requirements
Experience with event-driven architectures, workflow orchestration, and search systems (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch)
Familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2/ISO 27001) and privacy-by-design patterns
Experience building mobile-friendly APIs (BFF patterns) and supporting citizen-scale traffic
