Responsibilities
Learn and apply deep knowledge of food processing equipment and its technical advantages
Size equipment using heat/mass balance and thermodynamics fundamentals
Develop cost estimates using SAP data, design reviews, and statistical analysis
Create quotes and support sales presentations
Produce pre-sale Conceptual Layout Drawings using AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D)
Organize opportunities and workload using CRM tools
Occasionally visit customer sites for meetings and measurements
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years in sales engineering, cost estimating, or similar technical role
Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, mass transfer, and thermodynamics
Experience with CAD (2D & 3D), P&IDs, and PFDs
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing methods
Preferred
Food processing or industrial equipment experience is a plus
