Responsibilities
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide programs, advising executive leadership on priorities, resources, and risk mitigation
Oversee high-impact implementations with strong governance, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of project management methodologies
Lead and mentor a high-performing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration, transparent communication, and proactive change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Expertise in managing large-scale state and local government operations, implementing complex Medicaid/CMS projects, overseeing business process outsourcing (BPO) delivery environments, simultaneously leading multiple statewide implementations, providing operational PMO leadership, and executing cross-functional implementation work that spans operations, finance, technology, and client relationships
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
Exceptional leadership, with strong communication skills and ability to lead cross functional team to meet established timelines and outcomes
