Responsibilities
Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
Act as a subject matter expert in one or more relevant areas [eg Operating Model Design, Process Design & Optimization, Shared Services & Location Strategy, Go to Market Strategy, Cost Reduction]
Develop project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions
Qualification
Required
Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well established transformation agenda/large technology company
Technical expertise in program, project and change management techniques and tools to drive business outcomes
A clear focus on driving financial results and ensuring that deliverables are tangible, achievable and constructed to support the defined strategy
Developing knowledge of the underlying business the programs support
Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
Act as a subject matter expert in one or more relevant areas [eg Operating Model Design, Process Design & Optimization, Shared Services & Location Strategy, Go to Market Strategy, Cost Reduction]
Develop project execution to deliver tangible deliverables within businesses and support functions
Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet
