Senior Business Systems Analyst – HRIS
Ringside Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – HRIS to support and enhance their client's HRIS ecosystem. This role will involve partnering closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to lead HRIS implementations, optimize system functionality, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and support HRIS system implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective HR technology solutions
Develop reporting and analytics to support strategic HR and business initiatives
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and workflows
Support system testing, documentation, training, and change management activities
Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS best practices and system capabilities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR systems
Hands-on experience implementing HRIS platforms
Strong data analytics and reporting skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Preferred
SAP HRIS experience preferred
