Supervisory Program Analyst

Responsibilities
Oversees organizational projects from start to finish, providing expert guidance on business transformation, strategic planning, and project methodologies
Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement by training personnel and developing tools for data analysis, process improvement, and knowledge management
Provides daily supervision by assigning work based on priorities, managing leave requests, and offering technical and administrative guidance to employees
Manages team and individual performance by developing standards, conducting evaluations, resolving complaints, and handling minor disciplinary actions
Oversees employee development and staffing, including identifying training needs, interviewing candidates, and recommending staff for selections, promotions, and awards

To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement
Creditable specialized experience includes evaluating and conducting studies on work processes to identify, analyze, and recommend process improvements
Creditable specialized experience includes developing, implementing, and revising comprehensive training programs and instructional materials
Creditable specialized experience includes advising senior management on improvements and directing project teams
