Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photo and video content in the office (iPhone is fine if you know how to use it well)

Film and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

Stay up to date on social media trends, hooks, and formats

Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, and on-screen text

Post consistently and thoughtfully across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Create content that highlights:

Team culture & energy

Training & development

Wins, shoutouts, and events

Recruiting-focused initiatives

Attend occasional team nights or events to capture content

Collaborate on brainstorming creative ideas and content themes

Qualification

Required

Proven experience creating high-performing social media content

Strong short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)

Comfortable capturing content in real-time around people

Strong understanding of what performs on Instagram & TikTok (hooks, retention, trends)

Self-starter who brings ideas and takes initiative

Comfortable on camera (or directing others on camera)

Preferred

Experience with sales, recruiting, or culture-driven brands is a big plus

(Optional but encouraged) One content idea you'd create for a high-energy office environment
