Responsibilities
Conduct file reviews within the retention warehouse (Chicago Records)
Prepare and deliver daily reports summarizing case files reviewed
Conduct and verify inventory of record cases by department
Participate in follow‑up meetings to review results and discuss findings
Follow clearly defined standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Refer complex or unusual issues to the supervisor as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
1–2 years of related experience preferred
Ability to follow established procedures and maintain quality standards
Reliable attendance for part‑time work schedule (20 hours/week)
Comfortable working in a warehouse/records retention environment
Ability to apply acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks
Quick learner who can readily apply new information and methods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work on routine assignments requiring basic problem‑solving
Works effectively under a moderate degree of supervision
Maintains required training, certifications, and/or licenses (as applicable)
Produces work that is regularly reviewed by a lead or supervisor
