Responsibilities

Manage telecom and network invoice actions, including validation, approvals, and dispute resolution

Support financial workflows and administrative A/P activities

Perform procurement tasks for hardware, software, and telecom-related services

Maintain accurate hardware and software asset records in ServiceNow

Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents

Coordinate with vendors to support operations, escalations, and deployments

Prepare documentation, reporting, analysis, and audit-related materials

Independently prioritize incoming tasks and service requests

Qualification

Required

4–5 years of related experience in IS/IT operations, asset management, procurement, or financial workflows

Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments

Understanding of telecom/cellular services and provider interactions

Knowledge of administrative A/P payment workflows and procurement processes

Strong prioritization and organizational skills

ServiceNow SAM/HAM (Software & Hardware Asset Management)

Preferred

SAP Ariba (Procurement / Financial Systems)
