Primarily responsible for AP, billing, and collections
Frequently interact with customers and suppliers
Generate credit memos and adjustments, maintain accurate records, and approval documentation in accordance with the published authority matrix
Review AR Aging and past due balances
D&B reports, customer financial data, and credit references
Assist in inventory count and quarter-end preparation
Review and process supplier invoices received from inventory
Accrual Journal Entries
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience
Bachelors in Accounting - will want person have CPA or desire to sit for CPA
AP, AR, journal entries
