Responsibilities
Validate end-to-end audio paths (apps to speakers/microphones)
Test Android & Linux audio integration (Audio HAL, AudioFlinger, ALSA)
Validate media, Bluetooth (HFP), CarPlay & Android Auto audio
Verify ECNR performance and in-vehicle voice quality
Ensure reliability of safety-critical audio (chimes, AVAS)
Debug audio issues using Android/Linux logs and tools
Qualification
Required
Audio validation experience (Automotive/Mobile/Consumer)
Strong Android & Linux audio stack knowledge
Experience with CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth audio
Familiarity with audio analysis tools (Audio Precision, Audition)
Preferred
Automotive alert systems (Chimes, AVAS)
Python/Shell scripting
Signal processing background
