Arrow Components is seeking a Manager for their HR Solutions Center. The role involves leading a team to provide HR consultation and managing specialized HR programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Delivering first-tier HR consultation to managers and employees Director-level and below on a broad spectrum of HR programs and initiatives supporting HR best practices, employee relations, talent management and development, HR policies, procedures and regulation, compensation and performance management, communication and change management initiatives, global mobility, and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives
Providing input on the configuration, deployment, content development/maintenance of systems supporting HR Solutions delivery tools or systems
Managing specialized HR programs, projects or solutions, including, but not limited to, Communication and Change Management, HR Process and Project Management, Global Mobility, M&A, and HR Policy and Compliance, and other programs that support HR's overall global program approach
May manage relationships with third-party vendors
Exercising high-level autonomy and decision-making as it relates to daily responsibilities and all assigned projects
Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s)
Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager
Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
Accountable for results of a small team
Exercises limited management authority; sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions
Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline

Required

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
