Responsibilities

Assist in managing and coordinating the Finys Project to meet organizational goals

Learn and apply FireScript for policy management development and system configuration

Collaborate with multiple departments to prioritize tickets and provide guidance on task sequencing

Manage and balance several projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines

Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and recommend solutions using critical thinking

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with standards

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of MMIC’s insurance products and offerings to ensure system solutions align with business needs

Other activities and projects as assigned that will support the IT team and Company
