Responsibilities
Design and architect enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Define and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
Lead application deployment and orchestration on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and reliability
Collaborate with product owners, developers, DevOps, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Guide teams on cloud architecture patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
Review code, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor development teams
Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and governance models
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience
Local candidate only
Experience in Java-based application development
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Extensive experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streams, fault tolerance)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
Hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Docker, and container orchestration
Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and distributed systems
Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
