Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable revenue forecast framework based on driver-based models and data analysis
Redesign quarterly forecasting processes to enhance speed, accuracy, and accountability in reporting
Own and standardize the ACV performance framework and reporting dashboards across customer lifecycle stages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pipeline and renewal strategies using cohort analytics to inform business decisions
Lead complex initiatives and mentorship for senior managers to foster talent development and governance compliance
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Finance with extensive FP A/Sales Finance/RevOps background in SaaS transformation projects
Strong expertise in cohort analysis, ACV/ARR metrics, and pipeline-to-billings revenue mechanics
Experience designing driver-based forecasting models and processes, with comfort in statistical methods
Deep understanding of cross-functional implications across Tax, Legal, and Accounting in sales environments
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytics to executive stakeholders clearly
