Responsibilities

Plans, develops, and conducts program analysis of substantial scale and impact concerning all aspects of current or projected operating infrastructures for actual or potential effectiveness in achieving planned program goals and objectives
Develops, maintains, and monitors projects and integrated reporting systems affecting systematic development life cycle(s). Communicates information to supervisor for effective evaluation of program operations and milestones
Analyzes, extracts, summarizes, and identifies significant trends and issues. Forecasts and estimates program requirements and prepares programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, etc., for presentations and briefings
Assists in the execution of the District’s Paid Leave program’s overall scope and mission impact. Reviews and interprets new and established directives, instructions, regulations, and delegations of authority for potential impact on major program objectives, policies, work operations, and progress. Assures program goals, objectives, and operations

Required

Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled
One (1) year of specialized experience must be equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression
