Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Stamford, CT (Hybrid) to support a high-volume recruiting team. This temporary role involves coordinating interviews, managing calendars, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews, aligning with candidate and team availability
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a smooth interview process
Partner with recruiters and managers to organize logistics, gather feedback, and manage next steps
Handle visitor access, catering, materials, and notifications for in-person recruiting events
Maintain calendars, update applicant tracking systems, and support recruiting documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience in interview scheduling, calendar management, and candidate communication
Ability to coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, managing executive calendars
Collaboration with hiring managers and maintaining accurate, confidential candidate data
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years in recruiting coordination, executive support, or HR administration, with financial services experience
Experience in ATS platforms, scheduling tools, and video conferencing software like Zoom and Teams
