AP Specialist

Responsibilities
Work with assigned store locations regarding Wynne accrual entries for accuracy
Responsible for reconciling all variances in vendor accounts and determining timely resolution steps
Generate AP vendor reconciliations, execute with timeliness and accuracy
Assist Team Lead with accruals and various reporting responsibilities
Identify and report irregularities or departures from procedure
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or AP Supervisor
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in accounting in a business environment or College Degree
Keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Customer Service Oriented
Ability to Multi-task and be highly organized
Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Working ability to manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
