Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to define and implement firm-wide marketing and business development strategy
Lead PR and social media initiatives in collaboration with external partners
Oversee the design and production of proposals, portfolios, and presentation materials
Drive content strategy across digital platforms—website, newsletters, and social channels
Identify and pursue opportunities through RFP tracking, industry research, and networking
Maintain and curate the studio’s visual and narrative assets
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in marketing or communications within architecture, interiors, or design
A strong visual eye and fluency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills
Comfort working across multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Prior experience in architecture or interior design industry preferred
