Responsibilities

Develop and execute internal communication strategies across intranet, video, email, newsletters, and social platforms
Write, edit, and oversee production of high-quality content that enhances employee and candidate experience
Lead storytelling initiatives and campaigns supporting global people programs
Ensure consistent voice, tone, and branding across all communication channels
Identify creative and innovative ways to engage employees and candidates
Provide guidance and quality control for content developed by internal partners
Lead Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives
Ensure internal and candidate-facing communications align with organizational mission, vision, and culture
Define success metrics for communication strategies and campaigns
Analyze engagement data and optimize communications accordingly
Act as a trusted communications advisor to internal stakeholders
Capture and articulate the organization’s authentic voice
Shape a compelling internal communications narrative that drives engagement
