Responsibilities
Support execution of M&A, project finance, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions
Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance, accretion/dilution)
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, and industry / market research
Assist in due diligence processes and data room management
Coordinate with senior bankers, clients, legal counsel, and other advisors
Support transaction execution from origination through closing
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of investment banking experience
Strong financial modeling and valuation skill set
Solid understanding of infrastructure assets and/or energy transition themes (power, renewables, midstream, digital infrastructure, energy services, etc.)
High attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Power, Renewables, Industrials, or related sectors
