Responsibilities
Lead identification and implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements
Build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to support long-term operational stability
Align demand and supplier capacity through collaboration with purchasing teams, suppliers, and functional partners
Apply industry benchmarks and scenario modeling to optimize supplier capabilities and support sourcing decisions
Analyze supply chain data to prioritize improvement opportunities and enhance inventory utilization
Provide expert support in capacity planning tools including RCCP, NPE demand analysis, and collaboration platforms
Lead supplier performance routines, including monthly reviews, structured problem solving, and RCCA for capacity-related challenges
Investigate and incorporate industry best practices to develop efficient supply chains for assigned product sets
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional experience (internship experience accepted toward total)
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Ability to effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in capacity planning, supplier collaboration, and demand-capacity alignment
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and problem-solving tools
Understanding of supply chain principles, logistics processes, and compliance standards
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Clear and concise communication skills
Leadership and relationship-building strengths
Preferred
MBA or advanced business degree
Lean Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with Value Stream Mapping
