This role is responsible for the overall financial strategy, management, and risk control of the company, ensuring financial stability and compliance while supporting business growth and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy to support long-term growth objectives
Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management team
Assess the financial feasibility of new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, investments, and strategic projects
Establish a financial key performance indicator (KPI) system to monitor company performance
Take full responsibility for annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial planning
Oversee the efficient use of funds, control costs, and optimize cash flow
Establish and improve financial management systems, processes, and internal control systems
Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial data
Supervise the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Responsible for tax planning, filing, and communication with external auditors
Ensure the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, and financial and tax compliance requirements
Cooperate with internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections
Responsible for company fund management, banking relationships, and financing activities
Develop and execute capital structure and financing strategies (equity, debt, etc.)
Participate in investor relations management and board reporting
Manage foreign exchange, interest rates, and other financial risks (if applicable)
Build and manage a high-performing finance team, responsible for recruitment, training, and performance management
Collaborate closely with business, legal, compliance, and human resources departments
Promote financial digitalization and system optimization (ERP, financial systems, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
20+ years of experience in financial management, with mid-to-senior level management background
Solid professional skills in finance, accounting, taxation, and fund management
Familiar with budget management, financial analysis, and internal control
Preferred
CPA, CFA, ACCA, or other professional certifications
Experience in listed companies, financial institutions, fintech companies, or multinational corporations
Experience in financing, mergers and acquisitions, or capital markets
Familiar with international accounting standards and cross-border business
