Electrical Foreman
Avery Partners is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. The role involves overseeing daily field operations, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and up to code.

Responsibilities
Lead, direct, and support electrical field crews on active job sites
Handle crew orientation, timekeeping, daily reports, safety documentation, accident reports, and disciplinary actions as needed
Serve as (or support) the Site Safety Representative and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
Plan and execute work using the bid estimate as a guide—finding the most efficient and profitable way to get the job done
Perform construction take-offs and job planning to manage labor and materials effectively
Order, track, and coordinate delivery of materials to meet the project schedule
Partner with Fabrication teams to maximize prefabrication opportunities and reduce field labor costs
Maintain productivity, quality, and craftsmanship while meeting deadlines
Maintain required personal tools and operate a specialized electrical service vehicle safely
Set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and accountability on site
Follow all company policies, safety manuals, and procedures—and hold your crew to the same standard
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support project success
Qualification
Required
6+ years of electrical experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems
Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
OSHA 30-Hour certification (required)
CPR and First Aid training
Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and high-quality work
Professional appearance and conduct on job sites
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Preferred
Master Electrician license
Previous foreman or supervisory experience
Additional safety or leadership certifications
Journeyman Electrician status or completion of an Apprenticeship Program (preferred)
