WFH - Sales Development Representative
Virtualite is a Business Process Outsourcing Services company that partners with entrepreneurs and organizations to enhance their operations. They are seeking motivated sales development representatives to generate interest, qualify leads, and build a pipeline for their sales organization.

Responsibilities
Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
Schedule discovery calls and consultations for senior sales team members
Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM tools
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment
Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales
Preferred
Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required
Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
