Responsibilities
Complex calendar management and scheduling
Effectively prioritizing information and requests supporting senior management
Monitor/track VPs meetings, priorities and emails and act as proxy when necessary
Manage travel and expenses
Provide all administrative support functions for the office
Manage multiple tasks and action items for the VP ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
Qualification
Required
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to make smart and timely decisions
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice
High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
At least two years of college required
5+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs)
Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Travel in Concur experience is a plus
Experience in supporting key management is key
