Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Drive process improvements and scalability as the portfolio grows

Multifamily accountingReal estate accountingLeadership experienceOwner reportingERP/property management systems

Required

Significant experience in multifamily or real estate accounting, preferably within third-party management

Prior leadership experience overseeing accounting teams

Strong understanding of owner reporting and property-level financials
