Responsibilities
Own and manage the full profit & loss statement, including sales, cost of sales, and overhead requirements
Perform product controlling and financial reporting, supporting business decision-making
Analyze revenue drivers (price × volume) and cost structures to explain performance and variances
Partner with product leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives
Handle large datasets and translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or financial analysis
Strong analytical capability with the ability to dig beyond surface-level calculations
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working within large ERP systems
Solid understanding of P&L statements and revenue/cost drivers
Proactive, self-driven mindset with a desire to go beyond standard reporting
Preferred
Automotive industry exposure preferred; plant experience a plus but not required
