Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite ServiceNow architect for HRSD initiatives

Lead end to end design| solution architecture| and implementation of ServiceNow modules| specifically HRSD

Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define workflows| case management| knowledge management| employee lifecycle| and service delivery processes

Provide architectural governance| ensuring adherence to platform standards and security requirements

Guide development teams (onsite offshore) with best practices| coding standards| and design patterns

Lead integration design with enterprise systems HRIS| Identity Management| ERP platforms| etc

Conduct architecture reviews| impact assessments| and feasibility analysis for new features and enhancements

Own creation of technical documentation| architecture diagrams| and data models

Mentor technical teams and support internal capability building

Participate in roadmap planning| platform upgrades| and ServiceNow release management
